Rare, but serious if it happens
Never raw: vibrio, norovirus and listeria risk, even if fresh that day. Thoroughly cooked (shell open and flesh well cooked) is a different matter, but they are usually eaten raw: better to avoid them.
You can eat this again while breastfeeding: the pregnancy-specific risks (listeria, toxoplasmosis, salmonella) no longer apply after birth. Keep normal food hygiene.
General information, not medical advice. It follows the public guidance for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and it cannot know your own history: for anything about your health or your baby's, the person to ask is your midwife or doctor.
